We advise an annual service on all Mills i.e. AR 2000 Precision Mills, Boby and Porteus Mills, this enables us to monitor areas prone to wear such as belts, bearings, seals Pulleys and rolls etc.

To maintain the mills efficiency a close examination of the roll flutes is imperative to determine that they have not worn below the minimum level, also ascertain that the rolls are running parallel and advise whether a regrind is required.

All AR 2000 Precision Mills are fitted premium modern bearings which run virtually maintenance free, unlike the earlier Porteus and Boby Mills fitted with phosphor bronze bearings that require constant monitoring for which we manufacture a Modern Roller Bearing Conversion (click here)

A full written report is submitted to clients on the completion of a service.
