In the
development of the AR2000 Malt Mills we have focused on key
factors such as precision adjustability, dust and noise
control, health and safety and minimising maintenance
downtime. All our Mills are fully enclosed. This minimises the
risk of beer contamination and health hazards from grist dust
which could lead to respiratory problems such as silicosis. To
comply with Health and Safety Standards and protection from
environmental hazards all mechanical parts are totally
guarded. Our Mills are precision engineered to the highest standards with precise accurate roll setting, simply operated by positive drive analogue controls, delivering Maximum Extract from the Malt and the preferred grist required. Currently we are offering a range of Technically designed Mills for the Brewing, Distilling & other food industries which require a milling application. We manufacture a range of two and four roll Precision Mills, constructed with the highest-grade materials and components. The AR 2000/175, ideally suited to the small/micro brewery has a milling capacity of 500 kilos/hour, with a complete range available up to the AR3000/915, milling 10 tonnes /hour. The specialised drive system eliminates gears, reduces noise and runs virtually maintenance free. The system generates the free movement of the High Grade Hardened Steel Rolls which are supported by sealed Bearings. All Mills are adapted to individual requirements and are supplied with a three phase motor. Whilst benefiting from all the advantages of Precision Milling, a key factor is the saving of up to £30 per tonne on grinding charges, which can be offset against the purchase of the mill Alan Ruddock Engineering offer you the facility to precisely grind your Malt to obtain the exact grist required. |
